At Poly Logistic and Trading, we are a China-based company operating as an international freight forwarder and on-site business representative, supporting companies that require greater control and visibility over logistics and operational processes in China.
Our operating model is built on a clear principle: international logistics does not start at the port or airport, but at the origin. For this reason, we integrate freight forwarding, origin-side logistics, and business representation into a single operational structure, enabling us to be involved in the pre-shipment stages where the most critical decisions are made.
Beyond transportation, we act as the client's operational extension in China, supporting supplier sourcing, evaluation, and verification, direct coordination with manufacturers, origin-side process supervision, and proper cargo preparation prior to shipment. These services include operational inspections and support during the stages leading up to negotiation and shipment.
We do not act as a commercial party in the purchase or sale of goods, nor do we operate as a trading company. Our involvement in negotiation processes is operational and advisory in nature, and our fees are structured as professional service charges, either as fixed fees or as an agreed percentage of the operation, reflecting the scope of coordination, verification, and operational support provided.
Our role is operational and structural: to organize processes, reduce risk, and provide clarity before cargo leaves the origin, enabling our clients to make informed decisions and execute international operations with confidence and control.
